A/Prof Phillips is renowned for the textbook ‘Contact Lenses’, which has been a staple for contact lens practitioners, educators, and students since the 1970s. Tony has spent much of his life as a contact lens educator while fitting and managing a variety of complex contact lens patients including grafts, keratoconus, and paediatric aphakes in his hospital roles and private practice.
CCLSA-QLD Latest research on myopia and case study discussion

Dr Woodman-Pieterse will be presenting about the latest commercial developments and new releases in myopia control within Australia and globally. This will include blue- and red- light therapies along with the traditional control strategies. Following this will be case study discussions on myopia control with Amy Tran who will be presenting on cases from her practice. We will also have an update from Luke Arundel regarding the recently released position statement on Myopia from Optometry Australia.
